ATTORNEY Brad Banyas

Brad Banyas, Esq. is an associate attorney at Hughey Law Firm. Mr. Banyas is originally from Johnson City, Tennessee. He graduated from Science Hill High School (best known as Steve Spurrier’s alma mater). After graduating from Science Hill, Mr. Banyas attended Furman University, where he received a B.A. In Political Science. He then attended the Charleston School of Law, receiving his J.D.

Mr. Banyas has proven himself as a valuable member of the Hughey Law Firm team, where he is involved in cases touching on all areas of the law that the firm handles.

Mr. Banyas consistently gives to the community. Mr. Banyas has volunteered his time pro bono with Crisis Ministries (180 place), helping provide free legal services to homeless persons and those without means to obtain representation on their own.

Mr. Banyas is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Charleston County Bar, and South Carolina Association for Justice.
