ATTORNEY Stuart Hudson

Attorney Stuart Hudson, Partner at Hughey Law Firm graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2001. He then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2004. He joined Hood Law Firm, LLC of Charleston that same year, where he worked as an associate until 2006. Mr. Hudson then joined Pierce, Herns, Sloan & McLeod, LLC, working primarily in civil litigation, where he obtained substantial outcomes for his clients. Mr. Hudson joined the Hughey Law Firm, LLC in 2010 to continue his efforts in civil litigation. Mr. Hudson has handled numerous complex civil cases, including wrongful death cases, contract disputes and cases involving physical disfigurement. He has substantial civil trial experience and has achieved successful trial results in proceedings throughout the United States including Oregon, New Jersey and of course South Carolina.
